[London] 15 Sept. 71

My dear Citizen,

Go tomorrow (but you must be there before ten o’clock in the morning) to Mr Fuisse, 35, Richmond Terrace, Clapham Road.

Mr Fuisse is a Frenchman, an old refugee, a merchant. I spoke with him yesterday about your affair; I told him that he would do me a great favour if he would assist you. He replied that he might perhaps be able to arrange the sale of some of your pictures. Hand in the enclosed card to introduce yourself to Mr Fuisse.

With fraternal greetings,
Karl Marx
