Appeal for the Support of the Representatives of the Proletariat Convicted in Cologne and their Families

It is the duty of the workers’ party to ease the situation of their convicted vanguard champions in Cologne and, in particular, to care for the families left helpless behind. We expect that the German workers of the United States, too, will not exclude themselves from this party debt.

The treasurer for the receipt of the sums earmarked for the prisoners and their families is: Ferdinand Freiligrath, 3 Sutton Place, Hackney, London.

London, 7 December 1852.
