Extra Supplement
* Rendsburg, June 13. Tann’s free-corps has lost no prisoners at Hoptrup, but had many stragglers and stray men, who were set on the right way again by compassionate peasants. Some 1,400 Schleswig-Holsteiners with 2 guns had already occupied Hadersleben, but soon withdrew again before the Danes to Hoptrup. Now Tann’s men, in conjunction with the Schleswig-Holsteiners, are said to have attacked the enemy and liberated Hadersleben. On the morning of the 12th the outposts were already engaged. As a result of the fighting near Hoptrup, Apenrade was evacuated by the Danes and occupied by Tann, who, however, soon advanced further northwards. That Wrangel has fallen back, that he has fallen back in the interest and at the behest of the Prussian-Russian reactionary party, is well known to every one of our readers. It is surprising that he now, as is affirmed from several quarters, intends to advance again and cross the Königsau for the second time.
