The citizen Giuseppe Boriani is admitted a member of the International Working Men’s Association and is authorised to admit new members and to form new sections, under the condition that he, and the members and the sections to be admitted, recognise as binding the official documents of the Association, namely The General Statutes and Administrative Regulations, The Inaugural Address, The Resolutions of the Congresses, The Resolutions of the London Conference, September 1871.
