Dear Mohr,

Send back the enclosure, I shall write a couple of lines to Sliebell about the business in Berlin and send them to him together with my reply for further handling. Likewise to Heckscher.

I shall see about Bohemia, and finish it today. It is nearly 8 o’clock, and I am still at the office. Whether I can do something about Garibaldi tomorrow, I do not yet know; 1. no material, 2. my brother-in-law. In short, what can be done shall be done.

So Itzig together with Vogt before the public and in secret our ally. 402! That is not bad. Write at once to Meissner. 1%!
