Opened Letters

Cologne, 28 November, 11 o’clock in the evening. Two of the correspondences which reached us this evening – No. 155, 29 November 1848. Extra Sheet.
Neue Rheinische Zeitung – one dated from Bern, the other from Paris, have evidently been opened by an official or officious hand. The seal was missing. The wafers with which the letters had been resealed were still not dry. With Windischgrätz, Sedlnitzky too is making propaganda.
