There are two kinds of people in the world, one is material for a part, one is material for organization; the former are many and the latter are few. But every person has his strong points. We should therefore encourage, develop, and utilize their strong points. No matter how few or limited those strong points are, when we look at a person, we should first of all look at his strong points.
