Our navy isn't up to scratch. It'll probably take a hundred years for us to catch up with some
countries. I'm not sure about the other aspects, but the shipyard [2] I just mentioned isn't
doing well either. Compared to Japan, it simply can't build as many ships on the same scale.
What's the reason for this? We need to study it and find the reason.
