All factories, schools, government departments, and enterprises must, on the basis of revolutionary principles, organize themselves systematically—by industry and by work unit—to achieve a broad revolutionary united front. This will help advance the establishment of the “three-in-one” revolutionary committees, facilitate the great criticism campaign and the ongoing struggle, criticism, and reform within each unit, and strengthen efforts to carry out the revolution while simultaneously boosting production, improving work, and enhancing national defense preparedness.
