Under the socialist system and the conditions of proletarian dictatorship, hunger strike and
sit-in can be used as a means of struggle. This is because there are small groups of enemies
within the proletariat, and there is bureaucracy. They simply want you to agree to a few
conditions. Therefore, hunger strike and sit-in are permitted, but not encouraged and
generally disapproved of. During hunger strikes, sugar, salt, glucose, and other ingredients
can be added to boiling water, and shifts are permitted.
