This comment was written on a report dated May 18, 1967, from Zhao Yimin, Vice Minister of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee, to Zhou Enlai and submitted to Mao Zedong, concerning the composition of our Party’s delegation to the talks between the Chinese and Burmese Communist Parties. The report’s proposed list of members for our Party’s delegation included the name of Jiang Qing.
