The question of whether revisionist power-holders will emerge in China—one possibility is that they will emerge, the other is that they will not; one is that they will emerge early, the other is that they will emerge late. It is still better if they emerge early. If things are handled well, they may not emerge. It is difficult for revisionism to emerge in China.
The Secretariat is also undergoing division. Peng, Lu, Yang, Tan, Luo, and others all served as secretaries of the Secretariat. It is a continuous division, which conforms to dialectics. Some people are scared to death. No division is a subjective wish. It exists in the Central Committee, and it will also exist in every province.
