**Directive on Army Cultural Troupes Going to the Countryside and Factories for Tempering**

It is not enough for army cultural troupes to only know army affairs; they should also know the affairs of workers and peasants. Therefore, like local cultural troupes, they should also go to factories and the countryside, especially to the countryside for tempering, and to participate in the "Four Clean-ups."
