On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship and Mutual Assistance between the People's Republic of China and the Mongolian People's Republic, we, on behalf of the Communist Party of China, the Government of the People's Republic of China, and the Chinese people, extend warm congratulations to the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party, the Government of the Mongolian People's Republic, and the Mongolian people.

May the friendship and friendly relations of cooperation between the peoples of China and Mongolia be further developed on the basis of Marxism-Leninism and proletarian internationalism, and in the struggle against imperialist aggression and in defense of world peace.
