Sambu, Chairman of the Presidium of the Great People’s Khural of the Mongolian People’s Republic:  On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship and Mutual Assistance between the People’s Republic of China and the Mongolian People’s Republic, on behalf of the Communist Party of China, the Government of the People’s Republic of China, and the Chinese people, we extend our warmest congratulations to the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party, the Government of the Mongolian People’s Republic, and the Mongolian people.
