Comrade Chen Boda[2], please read. This is a good article. Using simple language, it clarifies a big issue.

This comment was written beside the article summary "Call to Defeat U.S. Aggression Against South Vietnam, and Expose the Two-Faced Tactics of Khrushchev and the Leadership of the Communist Party of the United States," published in *Reference News* on May 27, 1964. This summary was excerpted from an article published in April 1964 by the U.S. *Hammer and Steel News Bulletin*. The article stated that the Khrushchev renegade clique insincerely demands the withdrawal of U.S. troops from South Vietnam, but at the same time they praise President Johnson as peace-loving and reasonable. This two-faced policy is another example illustrating the capitulationist conduct of revisionism. The leadership of the Communist Party of the United States echoes Khrushchev's line. On the one hand, they pretend to sympathize with those subjected to aggression, while on the other hand, they praise the Johnson administration.
