You see, this really is the case! Some people only love things, not people; they only value production, not reform. They treat prisoners as forced labourers, and mere coercion won’t work. In fact, if we firmly grasp ideological and political work, put ideological work first, and do this aspect well, it will not only not hinder production but, on the contrary, promote production.
