[1] Zhang Shizhao, courtesy name Xingyan, was then a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Director of the Central Research Institute of Culture and History.

[2] Zaitao, namely Aisin-Gioro Zaitao, was the uncle of Puyi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty. He served as Minister of the Army Training Command at the end of the Qing Dynasty. At the time, he was Deputy Head of the Ethnic Minorities Group of the Third National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
