Letter to Zhang Weichuan
(December 14, 1963)

Comrade Chuheng:
Your many letters and their enclosures have all been received. Your profound sentiments and goodwill, your concern for political and health work, and your advice on my personal regimen for preserving health are deeply appreciated! I have long delayed my reply, and beg your forgiveness.
I respectfully wish you a gradual recovery from your illness.
And give my regards to Madam Wei!
