Revision of the Speech Manuscript
(September 30, 1963)
With regard to differences within the socialist camp, we have consistently advocated upholding principles, resolving disputes, strengthening unity, and jointly confronting our common enemy. We firmly believe that the present differences will one day be correctly resolved on the basis of Marxism-Leninism.
We express our respect to all countries, governments, political parties, organizations, and individuals throughout the world who are willing to establish and reinforce friendly relations with us!
We sincerely hope that our friends in various countries will offer valuable opinions on all aspects of our work and point out any shortcomings and mistakes that indeed exist.
Friends, comrades: The future of China is bright, and the future of the world is equally bright. No matter how a small clique of imperialists, reactionaries in different countries, modern revisionists, and modern dogmatists may stir up trouble, they will never be able to halt the forward march of history.
