These several documents are excellent. They have identified the problems, initiated action, and effectively resolved a large number of contradictions both among the people and between ourselves and the enemy. The policies and guidelines they embody are correct, and as a result they have greatly boosted agricultural production. They serve as a shining example for provinces, prefectures, counties, and people’s communes in carrying out socialist education work. It is imperative to organize cadres to study these documents. The Central Committee, the various Central Bureaus, and the party committees of all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions should all collect such documents—documents that are principled, name specific individuals, detail concrete incidents, outline distinct stages and processes, and arrive at clear conclusions. I urge you to pay close attention to this important matter and conduct thorough investigations and studies; this is of paramount importance.
