On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the signing of the Sino-Mongolian Agreement on Economic and Cultural Cooperation, we wish, on behalf of the Communist Party of China, the Government of the People’s Republic of China, and the Chinese people, to extend to you, and through you, to the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party, the Government of the Mongolian People’s Republic, and the Mongolian people, our warm congratulations.

The signing of the Sino-Mongolian Agreement on Economic and Cultural Cooperation has played an important role in promoting the development of the friendly and cooperative relations between our two countries and the common upsurge in the economic and cultural construction of both countries. It fully conforms to the fundamental interests of our two peoples and at the same time contributes to strengthening the unity of the socialist camp and safeguarding world peace. We are convinced that, with the continuous development of the socialist construction undertakings of China and Mongolia, this relationship of equality, mutual benefit, and friendly cooperation between our two countries will certainly be further consolidated and strengthened day by day.

We wish the Mongolian people new successes in their cause of building socialism. May the fraternal friendship between the peoples of China and Mongolia endure forever.
