We Must Have Both a General Line and Specific Policies [1]

A general line alone is not enough; we must also have specific policies in every field. These policies can only be perfected by constantly summing up experience in practice. Without relatively well-developed policies in the political, economic, cultural, and Party-building spheres, the general line cannot be fully realized.
