Revisions to the Draft of the Editorial "The Revolutionary Banner of Leninism" [1]
(June 29, 1960)

The imperialist war clique and its lackeys in various countries are only a small handful of people in the whole world. The workers, peasants, the majority of intellectuals, the national bourgeoisie of the oppressed nations, and the peace-loving personages in the capitalist countries are all victims of the imperialist policy of war. They all stand or can stand on the side of defending world peace and opposing imperialism, and they constitute the overwhelming majority of humanity. The revolutionary people account for over ninety percent.

Let everyone see: will the outcome of the struggle fall into the hands of the revolutionary people, who make up over ninety percent, or into the hands of the imperialists and reactionaries of various countries, who make up less than ten percent? Look at the realm today—whose domain is it, after all?

Only when the imperialist system and the capitalist system are eliminated from the earth, and when classes are truly eliminated, will there truly emerge a permanent world peace.
