This material, printed in the "Propaganda and Education Trends" (General Issue No. 603) compiled and printed by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee on December 17, 1959, states that the 44th issue of Poland's "Political Weekly" published an article written by its editor-in-chief, Rakowski, entitled "Disturbing Questions," discussing the political and ideological situation within the Polish Party:
