It seems this intelligence[1] can be read to Comrade Ghosh[2] and the others.

Please Premier, consider whether this is feasible.

Notes

[1] Refers to the telegram of September 22, 1959, from the Chinese Embassy in the United Arab Republic to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The telegram said that according to certain African personages, after they saw the series of documents on the Sino-Indian relations issue published in our embassy's bulletin, they were deeply convinced of the correctness of our side's position and believed that all disputes between China and India were caused by the Indian government's attempt to carry out the aggressive policy left behind by British imperialism. They fully supported China's opposition to the McMahon Line created by British imperialism, pointing out that on the African continent, many "McMahon Lines" currently exist, which must be abolished in the future.

[2] Ghosh, then General Secretary of the National Council of the Communist Party of India.
