Telegram on the 38th Anniversary of Victory

On the occasion of the 38th anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian People's Revolution, we wish to extend, on behalf of the Communist Party of China, the Government of the People's Republic of China, and the Chinese people, our warm congratulations to you, and through you, to the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party, the Government of the Mongolian People's Republic, and the Mongolian people.

Under the leadership of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party and the Government of the Mongolian People's Republic, the Mongolian people are engaged in enthusiastic labor to accelerate socialist construction and have achieved significant successes on various fronts, including industry, agriculture, and animal husbandry. In particular, the rapid completion of the cooperativization of agriculture and animal husbandry has created extremely favorable conditions for the further development of the national economy and the improvement of the people's material and cultural life. The Chinese people are elated and inspired by the achievements made by the fraternal Mongolian people.

Over the past year, the close friendship and mutual assistance and cooperation between the peoples of China and Mongolia have undergone new development. This friendship and cooperation will further promote the common upsurge of the socialist construction undertakings of our two countries and contribute to strengthening the unity of the socialist camp headed by the Soviet Union and to the struggle to safeguard peace in Asia and the world.

We wish the Mongolian People's Republic prosperity and strength, and may the unbreakable fraternal friendship between the peoples of China and Mongolia be further consolidated and developed.
