I only disagree with opposing rash advance; I agree with adjusting the plan according to the situation, as was done at the November 1956 Plenary Session [1]. The funds are only this much—I have always been this way.
Observe the situation.
Make prompt decisions.
Maintain communication with others.
Lift the blockade.
One person sometimes surpasses many; truth lies in his hands, not in the hands of the majority.
Beidaihe, Wuchang, Beijing, Shanghai.
Any document that is incomprehensible is forbidden from being presented.
Power is concentrated in the Standing Committee and the Secretariat; I serve as the chief commander, with Deng [2] as the deputy commander.
Once power is in hand, orders must be carried out.
