Fear war and fear revolution; they want to preserve the status quo. If a revolution occurs, it is inconsistent with so-called justice and peace, and should be immediately extinguished by war. The same applies if a war occurs. Extinguishing revolution and revolutionary war—perpetuating capitalist rule forever, that is Dulles’ aim. The imperialists have basically shifted to a position of maintaining the status quo.
