Two Instructions to the People’s Daily

Since September, the focus of propaganda has been relatively concentrated. Before September, the central theme was not prominent. The People’s Daily should always be more sober-minded. During the three years of hardship, the People’s Daily published so many ghost plays, promoting the theory that ghosts are harmless, and to this day has not criticized them. Debts must be repaid—sooner or later, they will have to be repaid.
