Letter to Zeng Xisheng

(September 16, 1958)

Comrade Zeng Xisheng:

As instructed, I have written four names for the school [2], please select one. A glance along the way shows vigorous vitality, certainly there is hope, great hope. But do not be arrogant, what do you think? Hefei is not bad, being in the center of Anhui, should we move to Wuhu? Consider it at length, it seems more suitable, what do you think?
