Articles are now being published across a broad range of media outlets, so we can adopt a strategy of fewer but more focused pieces.

The public’s reports and complaints are highly effective. This should be strongly encouraged. What counterrevolutionaries fear most is the united action of millions upon millions of people. The newspaper has received several hundred letters from readers. Whenever we have such materials, they should be turned into news stories, so that readers can see that their letters have been followed up on. We should also wage psychological warfare against counterrevolutionary elements, making them aware that we have mobilized the masses. Furthermore, we should issue editorials calling on the public to continue reporting such cases.

Do not mistake liberalism for political separatism or anti-Party activities.
