The reasons for students’ poor health are inadequate nutrition, unsanitary conditions, heavy academic workloads, excessive extracurricular commitments, and being constantly overburdened. To improve students’ health, we need to enhance their nutrition, maintain better hygiene, reduce their burdens, alleviate stress, and ensure they eat sufficiently. If they are studying too much, they should study a bit less, and we must address the pervasive sense of busyness. We need to both increase income and reduce expenditure. Therefore, we should raise student financial aid, improve school meals, and at the same time, eliminate disorder and chaos.
