On the occasion of the twelfth anniversary of the liberation of Korea, we, on behalf of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese people, extend our heartfelt and warm congratulations to you, and through you to the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Korean people.
The Chinese people are delighted that the Korean people, under the leadership of the Korean Workers' Party and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, have achieved great success in the cause of national restoration and construction through the victorious completion of the post-war three-year plan.
