Your letter has been received. I have matters to attend to here and am also ill; do not come. You should follow the advice of the doctor, the Party branch, and the Embassy, and make a firm decision to transfer to a humanities program within the country. Pay no attention to idle talk or ridicule. Concentrate all your energy on your studies in the years following the transfer, and strive to become someone who can serve the nation.
This is my earnest instruction.
