[1] This is a telegram signed jointly by Mao Zedong in his capacity as President of the People’s Republic of China, together with Liu Shaoqi, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, and Zhou Enlai, Premier of the State Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs, addressed to Comrade Z. Sambuu, Chairman of the Presidium of the Great People’s Khural of the Mongolian People’s Republic; Comrade Y. Tsedenbal, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Mongolian People’s Republic; and Comrade S. Arveezhid, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Mongolian People’s Republic. It celebrates the thirty-sixth anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian People’s Revolution. May the fraternal friendship between the peoples of China and Mongolia be further consolidated and developed.
