Article 27
The Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Party elects the Political Bureau of the Central Committee,
the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, and the Secretariat of the Central Committee, and also elects
one Chairman of the Central Committee, several Vice-Chairmen, and one General Secretary.

I have reviewed both revisions and agree with these changes. I only feel that in Article 3 of the Party Constitution, three words should be added (I), please consider at your discretion.

Three words were added to Article 3.
[1] The first clause of Article 3 of the Draft Constitution of the Communist Party of China, concerning the rights of Party members, stipulates: To participate in free and practical discussions on practical questions of Party policy at Party meetings or in the Party press. Mao Zedong added the three words "theoretical and" before "practical questions" therein.
