On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian People’s Revolution, we have the honor to extend, on behalf of the Government and people of the People’s Republic of China, to you and to the Government and people of the Mongolian People’s Republic our heartfelt and warm congratulations.

On July 11, 1921, the Mongolian people overthrew the reactionary feudal rule and won the victory of the People’s Revolution. Over the past 35 years, the Mongolian people have not only consolidated the people’s democratic system but have also achieved brilliant successes in the economic and cultural construction of the country. These successes are of great significance to the strengthening of the forces of peace, democracy, and socialism, and to the consolidation of peace in Asia and the world. The Chinese people feel immensely gladdened by the successes of the fraternal Mongolian people.

We wish the Mongolian people new and still greater achievements in peaceful construction.
May the friendship between the peoples of China and Mongolia be further consolidated and developed.
