Your Excellency:

On the occasion of your assumption of the presidency of the Republic of Liberia,
allow me to extend my congratulations. Also, may the friendly relations between
the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Liberia established during the
Asian-African Conference develop with each passing day.1
