Reply to the Dalai Lama’s Telegram of New Year Greetings

Dalai Lama:
I have received your New Year greetings telegram sent to me on January 1. Thank you. I sincerely wish you good health, and hope that in the new year you will achieve significant successes in your work of leading the Tibetan people to realize regional national autonomy and to carry out various construction projects.
