The victory of the Chinese people’s revolution and the achievements of socialist construction are inseparable from the warm and selfless assistance of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, the Soviet government, and all the Soviet advisers and experts working in our country. For this, the Chinese people will forever bear it in mind.
