The section on underground factories is worth a look.
It seems our country should also pay attention to building underground factories.

This comment was written on a summary of the conversation between Premier Kim Il Sung and Vice Chairman Zhu De, dated August 27, 1955, from the Chinese Embassy in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. During his conversation with Zhu De, Kim Il Sung described the situation of underground factories built in Korea during the war and in the postwar period. Kim Il Sung explained that building factories underground can ensure safe production during wartime; under conditions where large-scale steel is scarce, digging stone caverns to build factories has advantages in both speed and raw materials; underground factory construction is not as complex as above-ground construction and is also very sturdy. Underground factories only require good ventilation and drainage equipment.
