The document *The Situation of the Struggle to Eliminate Hidden Counter-Revolutionaries Launched by the Beijing Military Region, Public Security Forces, Various Specialized Arms, and Other Units* is hereby forwarded to you for reference. Regarding the work of eliminating hidden counter-revolutionaries, we hope you will contact and coordinate with the local military organs in carrying it out, and provide them with assistance. When your five-member groups hold meetings, appropriate representatives from the military organs should be invited to attend.
