Telegram on the Thirty-Fourth Anniversary

On the occasion of the thirty-fourth anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian People’s Revolution, I wish to extend, on behalf of the Government and people of the People’s Republic of China, heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of the Mongolian People’s Republic.

The Government and people of the People’s Republic of China watch with excitement and joy the brilliant achievements the Mongolian People’s Republic has attained over the past thirty-four years in its construction cause advancing toward socialism. May the Mongolian people, under the leadership of the long-tested Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party, win still greater victories in the successful fulfillment of the Second Five-Year Plan for developing the national economy and culture and in the struggle to safeguard world peace.
