On the occasion of the thirty-fourth anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian People’s Revolution, on behalf of the Government and the people of the People’s Republic of China, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Government and the people of the Mongolian People’s Republic.

The Government and the people of the People’s Republic of China follow with great enthusiasm the brilliant achievements attained by the Mongolian People’s Republic over the past thirty-four years in its socialist construction.

We wish the Mongolian people, under the leadership of the time-tested Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party, even greater successes in the victorious implementation of the Second Five-Year Plan for the Development of the National Economy and Culture, as well as in the struggle to safeguard world peace.
