lent beginning for the founding of our nation’s airplane building industry and
for the strengthening of our national defense forces. I hope you will continue
to apply your efforts, and, under the guidance and instruction of the Soviet
experts further grasp [the fine points] of the technology and improve the quality of your product,, and ensure the completion of the task of the actual production-
