Report to the Central Committee dated March 1, 1954, concerning the symposium on the Rao Shushi question. The symposium further exposed and verified various facts regarding Rao Shushi’s erroneous activities—carried out during and around the time of the 1953 National Financial and Economic Conference and the National Organizational Work Conference—that undermined Party unity and plotted to split the Party.
