Comments on Issues Concerning the Signing of the Sino–Korean Economic and Cultural Cooperation Agreement, etc. (November 21, 1953) Premier Zhou: (1) I have reviewed all documents [1] and approve them; (2) I agree with the arrangements for the signing ceremony, banquet, evening party, and other events; (3) It seems appropriate that prominent democratic figures holding public office in our country should be present at the signing.
If so, these documents should first be submitted to them for review.
Please make a decision accordingly.
