Comment on a Letter from Li Daliang[I]

Please refer this matter to Comrade Li Weihan[2] for consideration and handling.
According to Mr. Wang Jifan[3], this person hopes to be provided for by the government. Please send someone to look into the situation and handle it with due consideration.
This person was a psychology instructor at Hunan First Normal School in the early years of the Republic of China.
