Outline for the Report on the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea at the Conference
(September 1953)

A heroic people’s war.
(1) Could we fight?
(2) Could we hold our ground?
(3) Could we guarantee supplies?
(4) Could we defeat germ warfare?
Victories: (1) The 38th Parallel;
(2) Military experience; (3) Political consciousness;
(4) The postponement
of the time of a great war. If the enemy wants to fight again, we are now all the more able to fight.
A thing either is not done, but once begun, it must be carried through to the very end, to final victory.
Loss of life, expenditure of money.
